With central AC and 3650 square feet, it comfortably sleeps up to 15 with 5 bedrooms and 3 & 1/2 baths. One king bed and 4 queen beds, all Sealy's top of the line Posturepedic pillow top mattresses, as well as a bunk bed and a day bed with trundle. For the little one, a padded crib has also been installed.

The private covered deck includes patio furniture, gas grill, and an outdoor stereo system allowing you to enjoy your favorite music while relaxing in the huge Hot Springs hot tub. There is also a whirlpool tub in the Master Suite. We have a great tree fort for the kids!
